Lobeira Games is the public name of our independent game-development team. This policy covers this studio website only. It does not cover Lane Wars itself, lane-wars.com, Steam, or other linked sites.

Information we handle

Visits. Our site is served by Google Firebase Hosting. Like other hosting services, it processes technical request data, including IP addresses, requested pages, and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or first-party cookies on this website.

Messages. The contact form opens your own email app; it does not send a message to our server or save a draft on this website. If you choose to send the email, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

Why we use it

We use technical request data to make the site available and secure. We use messages to reply, follow up on inquiries, and maintain any related business correspondence. We may also process information where needed to meet a legal obligation. Where a legal basis is required, these uses rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the site and answering messages, steps you ask us to take, or an applicable legal obligation.

We do not add people who contact us to a marketing mailing list.

Services & sharing

Google provides our website hosting, and our email provider handles messages you send. These providers may process data in countries other than yours. We may also disclose information if legally required or necessary to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & your choices

We keep correspondence while it is needed to handle your inquiry, any follow-up, and applicable recordkeeping obligations, then delete it when it is no longer needed. Firebase Hosting handles technical request data according to its own retention practices.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to certain uses. Contact us at contact@lobeiragames.com and we will review your request under applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If our website or data practices change, we will update this page and the date above. A separate notice will be needed for any future Lane Wars game features that collect information.
